Partnerships

The success of the PEP project relies on strong partnerships and cross-country collaboration, bringing together nurses, educators, and health professionals to co-develop and implement innovative educational initiatives. Through mutual learning, trust, and shared ownership, partners contribute diverse perspectives, expertise, and experiences that enrich nursing education and strengthen capacity building across contexts. This collaborative approach supports the contextualisation of knowledge, promotes reciprocal exchange, and fosters sustainable educational development. By working together across national and cultural boundaries, the partnership enhances the relevance and impact of competency development, ultimately contributing to improved prevention and management of cardiometabolic diseases in underserved communities.
